My name is Nigel Quemard and this is my wife
Tina. We are a British couple (From Jersey Channel Islands) living and working
in Florida, we own and run a Pool Maintenance Company (PRISTINE POOLS),
servicing vacation villas as well as private houses.
We started House Proud Florida to fill a need for a reputable and
trustworthy company for home and villas owners who live over seas. Many of our
existing clients started out with us as a client with our Pool Maintenance
Company and asked if we can do more for them with the maintenance and care of
their vacation home. There are some very very good management companies
out there, but the not so good ones out number the good ones. Owners are
frightened to change, not knowing if they are jumping out of the frying pan and
into the fire.
