A La Carte Rates

Here are the rates we charge for our property management services. You can choose the services you need for your vacation villa or holiday home. Select the service you want or save money with the All-In-One Monthly Package.

General Management Fee $ 70.00 per month

Includes weekly inspection of your home (when unoccupied), and your pool and lawn to make sure it is being properly maintained and we are available 24/7 for guests to contact us with any villa issues arising during their stay. This gives you the option of making your own arrangements for pool maintenance, lawn service, pest control and home cleaning, if and when these services are required.

Pool Maintenance Fee $ 90.00 per month

Includes weekly pool maintenance services which includes cleaning, all chemicals, and hosing the pool deck, when required.

Yard Maintenance Fee $ 80.00 per month

Includes weekly lawn maintenance services which includes lawn cutting, bush and hedge trimming, edging, and general yard cleanup.

Pest Control Fee $ 20.00 per month

Includes bi-monthly pest control services performed by a licensed pest control company.

All-In-One Monthly Fee $ 200.00 per month

Includes ALL 4 OF THE ABOVE SERVICES (general management fee, weekly pool maintenance, lawn maintenance, and pest control).

What we do when your guests check out!

Turn up your AC to 83 degrees F. Turn off all lights, fans and pool heater, if required. Inspect your villa for any damage or missing items.

What we do the day your new guests check in!

Turn down the AC to 75 degrees F. Turn on the pool heater, if required. Turn on any lights, depending on arrival time of guests. Inspect your villa for cleanliness. Place Welcome Basket in villa.

General Home Repair Fees $20.00 Per Hour

Repairs carried out by us will be charged at $20.00 per hour plus the cost of materials. We keep all receipts for your viewing, if requested.
