This is our main Philosophy and approach to Property Management. We are a
British Couple (From Jersey Channel Islands) Living in Central Florida.
We own and run a Pool Service Company in Central Florida called Pristine
Pools servicing Vacation Villas, Vacation Homes and Private Homes in
Kissimmee, Orlando and the Disney Area. Over the years we have listened to
Vacation Home Owners complain and how they felt that their Property Management
Company were not providing the services they were promised. Nearly all had
changed companies more than once, hoping to find a good reliable company. (Some
were to scared to change thinking the next one would be even worse.) Here are
some of the complaints we have heard over the years;
- Their pools, Pool decks and furniture were not kept clean, we service
pools for a living and we make sure everything is perfect for vacating
guests.
- Their Vacation Villas had not been cleaned thoroughly.
- Items, which were broken or missing, were not replaced.
- Guests were unable to contact the Property Management Company when there
was a complaint or problem to report.
- Plus having huge mark ups for jobs or repairs, some had not even been
taken care of.
- Admin fees to pay bills, billed to remove extra trash, billed to change
a light bulb, billed to turn pool heaters on and off, etc, etc, (Does it all
sound familiar)
We were asked by many HOME OWNERS did we know of a good, honest and
reliable Property Management Company?
That’s when we formed “HOUSE PROUD FLORIDA”
At the time we were looking after some Vacation Villas for a few friends
and vacation homeowners that did not rent their villas out. They were
extremely happy with our services, so we decided to move to full time
Management, and being owners of a Pool Company was an added bonus. Our motto
is
