This delightful 4-bedroom villa is situated on the prestigious community of Terra Verde! This award-winning resort features a lavish clubhouse, fitness center, specialist movie room, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a stunning resort pool and spa which overlooks the community’s 3-acre lake!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need to give you total flexibility; whether it is for a pre-park breakfast, a light poolside lunch or full evening dinner. The choice of dining options is plentiful as the house boasts three six-seater tables; the first in a bright sunny nook by the kitchen, a second in the dining area but your favorite will be the outdoor dining set with the backdrop of your private pool.
The home can accommodate up to 10 guests and has large wheelchair accessible bedrooms on ground level. The property offers one King, one Queen, and 2 Twin rooms with one of the latter also being equipped with two rollaway beds. Each room offers its own LCD TV with cable and the kids will be excited to hear that both twin rooms feature their own games console!
However, the fun does not stop there: children, of all ages, will be amazed by the home’s awesome games room! This features a full-size pool table, foosball, ping-pong and basketball to keep the kids entertained while the adults are enjoying a cool glass of wine in the secluded pool area.
Keep in touch with free internet access and free local calling. The laundry room has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.
Terra Verde is ideally located as it is just 15 minutes from Disney World and in the heart of Central Florida’s world-class attractions. It is also minutes away from the 192 where you can find a Walmart, Publix, Aldi etc. and an enormous array of restaurants and take-outs!
