The home has been furnished and stocked by the proud owners to ensure guests have everything they need to have an amazing stay. The kitchen provides all of the necessary equipment to cater for your stay, so once you’ve decided whether it’s a homecooked meal or take-out you can then decide to enjoy at the six-seater dining table or alfresco!
The private outdoor area has a shaded covered area, also with patio table and chairs. The pool deck faces south, so receives the Florida sunshine throughout the day – perfect for spending a day splashing in the pool or relaxing on the loungers sipping a cool drink. Pool heating is available at an additional cost.
There are three King-size bedrooms in the home! One located downstairs, the other two are upstairs – each luxuriously decorated. The other bedroom downstairs has two Full-size beds. There is a further bedroom upstairs with two twin beds that the children will love. Each room has its own TV.
This townhome located at the end of the row is one of the closest in walking distance to resort amenities offering a large variety of high-class facilities exciting for those of all ages. The stunning clubhouse features a front desk concierge, fitness center, 50-seat cinema, arcade/games room and small store for essentials. Outdoors there is a 5000 sqft tropical oasis swimming pool with slides, waterfall and grotto plus kids play pool. Get active with sports courts, including tennis, basketball and beach volleyball. The hot tub and sauna provide the perfect means to relax and then head to the tiki bar to grab a bite to eat and sip a cocktail as the sun goes down.
