Sunnyside Villa is a spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home situated in the stunning Terra Verde Resort! Boasting over 2800 square feet of living space across two levels, and two Master bedrooms, this is the perfect villa for families to vacation together and allow everyone their own space to relax!

There are two large living spaces, one located at the front of the home and the other at the rear with views out to the beautiful private pool area. The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you may need to cater during your stay. For dining options, guests can choose from the sun-lit breakfast nook, the formal dining table, or alfresco on the villa’s beautiful extended pool deck!

The perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring? Relaxing in your private pool, which spans the rear of the home, and delighting in the stand-alone jacuzzi tub!

The home features two Master suites boasting King-size beds, ensuites and ample storage space. The first Master is located on the first floor whilst the further 5 bedrooms are on the second. Along with the second Master, upstairs you will find two bedrooms furnished with Queen-size beds, one with a Full/Twin bunk and the with a set of Twin beds. The Coastal bedroom theming is sure to please everyone in your party and make the most of your sunny Florida vacation!

Well located within the resort of Terra Verde, this stunning community is located in the heart of Orlando and is surrounded by world class attractions. A one-time $20 pass will need to be purchased for parking over the length of your stay – the community is gated with 24hrs security.

There is a game room with an arcade, a child’s playground, a climbing rock, community pool with a large sundeck and chaise lounges, and a stocked up three acre fishing pond. There’s also a sunning beach volleyball, a half basketball court, an exercise facility, a terrace with lake views, and a small internet cafe.
